Is this pan free of PFOA?

Yes. Swiss Diamond nonstick coatings are PFOA-free, independently verified by the Danish Technological Institute.

Is this fry pan oven-safe?

Yes. The pan, glass lid, and ergonomic handle are oven-safe up to 500°F (260°C).

Do I need oil or butter when cooking?

No. The diamond-reinforced XD coating is designed for oil-free cooking. If you do use oil or butter, keep the heat at low to medium, and never use nonstick cooking sprays.

Can I put this pan in the dishwasher?

It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing with warm, soapy water is strongly recommended to preserve nonstick performance.

Best little Frying Pan

Best Onelette pan ever

I’ve had my SD 8” omelette pan for a number of years, but when we got a new induction stove I needed to replace it and this time bought the XD series’s induction pan. Hard to believe but it’s even better than the first one I bought over 12 years ago. The moon stick coating is better, the weight and balance of better and it ever cooks better.
